I would like to share my home made Nasi Ayam Kunyit with u peeps !
Want to know why it is named 'Nasi Ayam Kunyit ala Bursa' ?
Haaa, because 1st time I ate this nasi + ayam goreng kunyit was at
Bursa Saham KL (BSKL) building in front of our Bank's building.
At Bursa -- its Nasi putih is served with Ayam goreng kunyit + Egg benedict + Sambal Belacan + Kicap.

My husband, YI requested me to cook it at home , after work.
(Yesss, I've brought YI to try and taste it at Bursa and he loooooves it so much, I tell u !)
As a good wifey, I obey the request . Ya, on the spot.
It is such a simple recipe with minimal inchy pinchy to cook.
Oleh yg sedemikian, I akan bagi resepi untuk 2 org makan.
Bahan-bahan:-
(1) Isi ayam - 2 mangkuk kecil
(2) Serbuk kunyit - 3 sudu kecil
(3) Serbuk cili Baba's - 3 sudu besar
(4) Cili kering yg dikisar - 3 sudu besar + 2 sudu besar
(5) Bawang besar (poland punya) - 1 biji je (Hiris tak terlalu nipis)
(6) Carrot - 1 batang (di potong pendek2)
(7) Kacang buncis - 8 tangkai (di potong pendek2)
(8) Cili padi - 20 biji (ditumbuk lumat tp jgn sampai terlalu lumat)
(9) Minyak untuk menumis + Garam sebagai perasa
(10) Nasi putih
Cara-cara:-
1. Perap isi ayam yg dah dipotong tadi bersama serbuk kunyit+serbuk cili+cili kering yg dah di blend tadi. Kalau nak lagi pedas, tambah lah portion untuk cili tu lagi, okay.
2. Goreng isi ayam sampai garing2. Put aside.
3. Then, tumis cili padi yg dah lumat tadi bersama + 2 sudu cili kering yg di blend.
4. Bila agak2 cili dah masak, + isi ayam yg dah digoreng tadi. Gaul rata.
5. Campurkan je carrot + kacang buncis ke dalam kuali tu jugak.
6. Perasakan dengan garam.
Siap ! Makan dgn nasi putih biasa tu je + sikit kicap masin. Oh ya, dont forget uollsss
untuk hidangkan sekali dgn telur mata separuh masak. Perghh ! Sodappppp !
